Session #1 Transition Planning, Long Before You Want to Sell 11/2/21
This webinar will focus on the concept of creating a more sellable business long before it is time to sell. It will be a good first step for those that would like to sell in the next 5-10 years. It will also serve those who have no plans to sell but just want a stronger, more profitable business. The program will focus on the keys to making a business more sellable and things a business owner can do to drive the business in that direction, while making the business stronger in the meantime.
Session #2 What’s Next? Choosing the Right Time and Circumstances 11/18/21
This session will focus on how personal goals, financial planning and long-term plans of the owner should drive the timetable for a business transition. It will explore the Value Builder PREScore and how this FREE tool can help business owners identify their reasons for selling, future plans and how to pick the right timing for a business transition, whether it is a sale or transition to the next generation.
Session #3 Stronger, More Sellable, More Profitable Business 11/30/21
This very specific workshop will focus on the 8 drivers of the selling price and specific areas the business owner can improve to drive a better value for the business. This webinar will provide business owners with a roadmap for assessing the current value of their business and 8 specific areas of focus to get that value to a better number. This will be equally beneficial for a business owner ready to sell or one that just wants to drive company value.
This series will be led by Doug Howard from Remodelers Advantage. He is the Director of Consulting for Remodelers Advantage and a leading authority on small business strategy specializing in the remodeling industry. For nearly 25 years, Doug has worked with owners of growing businesses to help them overcome challenges and develop strategies for successfully navigating growth.
